Photograph the shelves, boxes, or room before separating the collection. Keep consoles with their controllers and cords when possible. Original boxes, manuals, and unusual accessories can affect the offer.
What the estate receives
- An explanation of the items that drive the offer.
- One cash price for the agreed collection.
- A written receipt with the purchase date and amount.
- Pickup scheduled around access to the property.
The agreed price is honored when the collection matches the photos and description. If an item or condition differs, I explain the change before completing the purchase.
